How will I help? Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists and support teams, and we’re committed to offering deep industry expertise to our commercial customers. A critical part of our success is our ability to target high growth opportunities and grow our capabilities in industry specialisation, working capital and specialist expertise in areas like wealth, financial markets, cash-flow and transactional banking. As a Senior Relationship Manager in this space, you’ll play a really important role in managing relationships developing a portfolio of medium to large business connections with average lending requirements between $3M-$30M. Working closely with internal stakeholders to meet your customer’s needs, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new to bank customers. We’re looking for a seasoned relationship manager with ambition and a good energy! You’ll have a strong commercial lending background covering cashflow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring. A natural people-person, you’ll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
