| \n\n We are now seeking to appoint a passionate, self-driven and organised Sales Coordinator.\n\n \n\n About the role! \n\n \n\n In this highly sought-after role, you will support the Sales team in this exciting and challenging environment. We are looking for someone with plenty of enthusiasm and energy. You will have a great attention to detail and be results driven, self-motivated, proactive with the capacity to work within a team to achieve common goals. With a commitment to providing a high calibre of service, you will possess sound experience in a busy administrative environment. This is a varied role, however some of the key responsibilities will include:\n\n Responding to sales enquiries and leads in conjunction with the sales team Preparing proposals and contracts for conventions and exhibition business Organising site inspections for confirmed client visits Processing small meeting enquiries in conjunction with the sales team Accurately maintain our Central Records Management system Prepare End of Month Reports and assist in budgeting processes Organisation of weekly and monthly sales meetings including calendar invitations, agenda preparation and minutes Attending industry related events and functions as required \n\n About you! \n\n \n\n To become the newest member of the Sales team it is essential that you possess a minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales coordination role or busy administrative role.\n\n \n\n Additionally, you will have:\n\n Excellent customer service and proven ability to work with a strong team Excellent organisational and time management skills, along with strong computer literacy and keyboard skills Ability to prioritise workload from several team members and work with other departments An eye for detail with the ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment Proficiency working with CRM’s and the Microsoft Office Suite Convention Centre or Hotel experience highly regarded Impeccable personal presentation Enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude \n\n The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre brings many benefits including onsite undercover free parking, a team member café, access to an employee assistance program, health and wellbeing programs, training and development and much more.\n\n \n\n Applications for this role will be accepted until 5pm on the 26th February 2021. \n\n |
