You will be responsible for supervising, managing and assisting In House Resort Host Teams across Australia & exceeding the region’s budgeted KPIs. This will involve:\n\n \n\n Supervising, managing, assisting, recruiting and training In-House Resort Team Members\n\n \n\n Monitoring the individual Resort Host performance weekly and work closely with the Sites to pro-actively address individual issues/development plans on a daily basis to ensure continued development and identify training needs\n\n \n\n Being responsible for In House budgeting and cost accounting systems\n\n \n\n Scheduling tours for maximum efficiency\n\n \n\n Establishing service quality standards based on internal customer requirements\n\n \n\n Identifying trends/root causes and taking action to ensure desired results are achieved\n\n \n\n Developing and sponsoring initiatives that foster open communication\n\n \n\n Consulting and building relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.\n\n \n\n What You'll Bring \n \n We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and passionate manager with outstanding organisational and time management skills. Crucial to this role will be the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders across all levels. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills to engage, empower and captivate the marketing agents to achieve their goal of putting the world on vacation.
