Each of our specialised automotive aftercare and accessory companies have a commitment to excellence in a customer service, cost effective operations, and sector leading brands\n\n \n\n About the role: \n\n \n\n This generalist human resources role is responsible for the development and delivery of contemporary best practice people/human resources strategies, services, policies, practices and change management initiatives that are aligned with and enhance the HR vision, values and strategic direction. Reporting into the national Human Resources Manager for the panel division you will ideally be located in Gold Coast or Brisbane.\n\n \n\n Key responsibilities: \n\n \n\n · Build strong relationships with key people in the business\n\n \n\n · Proactive partnering with senior level operations on all people matters\n\n \n\n · Guide, support and direct performance management\n\n \n\n · Support and drive recruitment strategy to source people needs for current and future business levels\n\n \n\n · Identify talent in operational teams to develop pipeline\n\n \n\n · Support and grow apprentices\n\n \n\n · Oversee the management incidents and WorkCover claims\n\n \n\n · Ensure confidentiality is upheld in all people matters\n\n \n\n · Collaborate with the People and Culture team ensuring best practice and people strategy alignment\n\n \n\n · Ensures new managers and team members are fully inducted into the business\n\n \n\n · Work on project teams to meet the People and Culture strategy goals\n\n \n\n The ideal candidate: \n\n \n\n · Multi site Human Resource generalist experience in a blue collar and or high volume production environment\n\n \n\n · Qualifications and evidence of continued learning in Human Resources desired\n\n \n\n · Ability to travel to site when need be\n\n \n\n · Strong operational knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards\n\n \n\n · Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally in written, verbal and online formats\n\n \n\n · Have a curiosity to understand the commercials and how they influence people decisions\n\n \n\n Don’t miss your chance to be a part of the present and the future of vehicle repairs.
