About the Position
The company is a trusted leader in fabricating high-end window furnishings, specialising in shutters & awnings.Position Title:Customer Service RepresentativeResponsible For:Supporting the growth of the company by ensuring excellent customer service standards, responding efficiently to customer enquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Processing customer orders in the company’s systems with a high level of accuracy.Reports To:Business Development ManagerMain Activities:Dealing with incoming calls & emailsProvide high levels of customer serviceDevelop an excellent working knowledge of our productsMaintain databases of customer pricing, delivery addresses, etc Internal processing of orders, credits, quotes and invoicingAssist with travel itinerary and booking arrangements for fellow team membersBooking transport/freight for domestic deliveriesGeneral administration as requiredUphold the Business’s ValuesUnderstand and uphold the policies and procedures of the businessSkills and Attributes:Skills:Strong relationship building skills (internal and external)An ability to interact with the business’s Customer Service Team and maintain a high level of confidentialityHigh level of oral, written and interpersonal skills particularly in liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersThe ability to learn new systems quicklyAccurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detailHigh level of computer literacy across a range of devices and programsAbility to prioritise and time manage effectively to successfully achieve resultsDemonstrate a commitment to one’s personal safety and to ensuring a safe and healthy environment within the workplaceAttributes:Positive and friendly team playerStrong attitude to learn, grow and improveAbility to build strong business relationshipsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsHighly organised, efficient and flexible in your approachSelf-motivatedThe ability to handle a diverse role, prioritise and follow through on tasks unsupervisedA can-do attitudePreferred Experience:Customer ServiceLocation:The position is based at Yatala, Queensland.
