Warehouse CoordinatorGold Coast{{}}CHILL QLD (Yatala) now has a rewarding opportunity for an organised, driven & experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis (AM Shift: 5am - 2pm). You'll also prepare daily orders for delivery with a keen eye for detail to ensure you meet time-specific deadlines and possess skills of an exceptional standard for key clients and FMCG leading clients. Role The position of a Warehouse Coordinator is fundamental to achieve both efficiency and effectiveness. This fast moving hands on role requires someone who is flexible and agile to switch responsibilities at any given moment. And nothing gives you more pride than a warehouse functioning like a well-oiled machine and delivering a high quality standard of work. You'll report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and under the direction of the State Operations Manager. You are: A reliable, polite, presentable, dependable, professional, well spoken and experienced in Warehousing. Occasional extended days and additional hours required, particularly over our Peak season. This means you must be comfortable working in a climate controlled environments ranging from zero degrees to minus 25 degrees. It's an immediate start for the right candidate, but willing to wait for the right applicant. This is a full-time role (hours starting at 5am-2pm) with a long term vision of integration and growth. Qualifications Cert III in Warehousing (or equivalent experience) Clean Drivers License Current Forklift License (Reach experience advantageous) HACCP Knowledge & working in a frozen/cold environment (advantageous) Australian industry experience (essential) Mechanical aptitude (desirable) Current HR license would be highly regarded Skills & Experience: Strong time management skills Must have min 2+ years warehousing experience Police clearance, able to pass an alcohol or drug test Tech savvy and familiar with mobile applications Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems and order flow Works under pressure when deadlines are to be met - (you're super cool and calm; you don't even break a sweat) Physically fit and able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift & repetitively lift more than 10 kilos consistently In depth knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety regulations and procedures Your work ethic: Getting the job done.
