About the Position
Important Company Service Support ConsultantGold Coast{{}}Cloud Voice & Data are a well establish Important Company Enterprise Partner with a well established base of Important Company Business Clients. The business is seeking an experienced Important Company Service Support Consultant to join our highly dynamic and motivated team. The right candidate will have an understanding of and experience with Important Company's processing systems and have the skills and experience to provide broad ranging Important Company Account Support to our clients. The role is a 6 month contract with the likely hood of extension and/or permanency. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate depending on expertise and experience. The Role In the role of Important Company Service Support Consultant your main duties and responsibilities will include Desk side processing to manage full suite of Important Company products for our clients. Provision New Orders for mobility and broadband service Perform Adds/Moves/Changes on Client Accounts Log faults and follow through to resolution. Respond to customer requests within a specified time frame Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through frequent order status updates and friendly communication during service delivery Provide clear and accurate information to client and suppliers Provide great clients service on inbound/outbound calls and Please apply through this site. Perform administration tasks as required Reporting to the Service Centre Manager You Experience Important Company Business Mobile Processing Tools - including ALL4BIZ Important Company NBN Online ordering Tool OOT - TBB & DOT Understanding of Important Company Bill analysis and associated products Your core skills Quick learner of new technology & processes Proven effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team. Must have strong interpersonal skills; good telephone manner and an ability to analyse and prioritise an issue.
